Permission! collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregate information to our marketing partners, and to ensure the validity of an "opt-in" request (i.e., the consumer's consent to receive the requested information).
Permission! issues cookies solely to assign a randomly generated, unique identifier in order for Permission! to track customer conversions. No personally identifiable information is ever stored within the cookie. Permission! tracks responses to advertising campaigns; however, Permission! does not track your other web browsing activities. Please note that some of our customers' websites may use cookies; therefore, it is recommended that our subscribers take the time to review the privacy policies, when provided, of any websites prior to entering their personal information.

It is easy for you to review and/or update the information you have provided Permission!. Simply email us at customerservice@emspermission.com with your request. Please provide, at a minimum, your first name, last name, postal address, and email address. Permission! will email the information you originally provided us to the email address you provide in your request if the information you provide us in your request matches the information originally provided when added to our database. To update your information, simply click "reply", include the words "updated information" in the subject line, and provide your updated information. Permission! will update your information. Please allow approximately 5 business days for the update to be completed. Please note that Permission! will only update its own database; therefore, in order to update your information with our participating marketing partners, we encourage you to contact them directly.

It is just as easy to unsubscribe as it is to "Opt-in"! You can choose to remove yourself from either or both of our databases and terminate your subscription at any time. To unsubscribe, simply click the remove link in the first sentence of any Permission! or Permission! email offer. It is important that you unsubscribe from the network you want to get out of: Permission! and/or Permission!. You can also choose to remove yourself from our database at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link located on each page of Permission! and following the instructions or by clicking the Permission! Unsubscribe link located on each page of www.emspermission.com and following the instructions. Please note you will only be unsubscribed from the site you unsubscribe from, you may still receive offers from other marketing partners or affiliated websites you subscribe to. You must either visit those websites to unsubscribe or unsubscribe through the link provided in the marketing partners' or affiliated websites' email advertisements.
If unsubscribing from both Permission! and Permission!, your personal information will no longer be used for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you unsubscribe from each, Permission! or Permission! you will no longer receive any offers via email from that specific site.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the Permission! and/or the Permission! removal process to be complete.
